He is a graduate from the UAT School of Medicine in Matamoros and completed his residency in General Surgery at the Hospital Pumarejo. Dr.Urbina sub-specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Central de la Cruz Roja in Mexico City. Dr. Urbina has over 5 years of institutional experience working in the Reconstructive Surgical department of the IMSS. His primary areas of reconstruction include nasal, facial, breast reduction, and body contouring. He also performs facial aesthetic surgery in a wide range of areas, including rhinoplasty, facelifts, eyes, and brow lifts. His body contouring services include abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, and breast lifts. Dr. Urbina regularly attends medical conferences that keep him up to date on the most innovative plastic surgery techniques and technology. He attended medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey and completed his residency in General Surgery at the Hospital Regional de Cd. Madero in Tampico. Dr. Reyes sub-specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Hospital de Alta Especialidades de PEMEX in Mexico City. He completed a fellowship in advanced aesthetic surgery under the tutiledge of two of the most respected cosmetic surgeons in Monterrey, Dr. Eugenio Pacelli Chapa and Dr. Rodrigo Salazar Maycotte. Dr. Reyes practice is primarily focused on rhinoplasty (nose surgery), BOTOX treatments and advanced liposuction procedures. His expertise in reconstructive surgery is primarily in post-cancer TRAM flap procedures and facial trauma. Dr. Erwin Narvaez, Board Certified in plastic surgery, has been practicing in the Matamoros area for over 13 years. Dr. Narvaez attended medical school at the UNAM in Mexico City and practiced general medicine in Mexico City for seven years. Subsequently, Dr. Narvaez completed his residency in general surgery at Hospital Hidalgo in Aguascalientes and sub-specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Instituto de Cirugia Reconstructiva de Jalisco in Guadalajara. He completed a 12 month apprenticeship in mega-liposuction techniques with nationally acclaimed plastic surgeon, Dr. Lazaro Cardenas Camarena. Dr. Narvaez is best known for his body contour remodeling procedure referred to as "The Mommy Tuck" which includes: breast augmentation or breast lift, tummy tuck and liposculpture. Dr. Narvaez regularly performs trans-axillary placement of breast implants, although other techniques are available, and he utilizes ultrasonic liposuction technology to ease fat extraction and to minimize bleeding and post-operative pain.
